I hate shopping around. It’s laborious. It’s time-consuming. It’s stressful. It’s just not for me, simply put. I like simplicity. I like quality, price and ease of use, all under one roof. An online roof, if possible.
It’s why I use a shopping strategy I like to call A3. I do my online food shop with ASDA. My clothes all come from ASOS. Everything else comes from Amazon.
After all, why wouldn’t I want to get well-priced, quality products delivered on-time, time after time, with the customer service to match? ASDA, ASOS and Amazon are all, without doubt, market leaders, because they understand the importance and advantages of an efficient, integrated approach where customer satisfaction is key.
So why should an advertising agency be any different?
