In today’s adland, it’s all too easy to get wrapped up in and swept away with fancy terminology. As copywriter, Ryan Wellman, so perfectly put it: “Amid all this “innovating” and “reinventing” and “growth-hacking” and “pivoting”, is anyone just getting on with good work?”
And the answer, at S3 at least, is a resounding ‘yes’. Now, that’s not to say we’re not moving with the times, embracing new formats and technology; we are. We love a bit of VR and AR just as much as the next agency, the difference being that we cut out the bullshit that goes hand-in-hand with this digital revolution.
Why? Because, no matter how much the industry changes, the essence of what we want to achieve for our clients will never change: we want to produce good work. Great work. Honest work. Award-winning work. The kind of work that doesn’t need any sort of pretentious jargon to sugar coat it.
We don’t care how the rest of the industry works – S3 is an agency where talent and great work is king. Because great work produces great results and, the last time we checked, that’s what advertising is all about.
And, even though you might not agree, at least we’re being honest.
