S3 Advertising has become the latest Cardiff-based tenant to collect keys for the capital’s flagship One Central Square office scheme.
S3 will inhabit the fifth floor of the building, the first in the wider Central Square regeneration project where up to one million sq ft of new office, residential and retail space will be constructed over the next few years to include the New Broadcasting House of BBC Cymru Wales.
All of S3’s employees will relocate to the new 6,600 sq ft offices which are four times bigger than the company’s current premises and will feature quirky, innovative and unique design characteristics which will set them apart from traditional offices.
The proposed bespoke features will include eye-catching and unusual communal areas, state of the art client facing zones, and a range of recreational facilities intended to stimulate creativity, encourage team building and reduce stress.
S3 has encountered phenomenal growth over the past five years, rapidly expanding from a three-person start-up to an industry leading enterprise which now employs 27 members of staff, including two recently appointed board directors.
The company is one of Wales’ leading national advertising agencies in the UK and is recognised for the excellence of the service that it offers to clients, including Mr Tom, National Farmers’ Union, the WRU, The Trade Centre Wales, Cardiff City Football Club and Brecon Carreg.
One Central Square has been developed by Rightacres Property Company and recently purchased by Legal & General. Along with Blake Morgan, the property has also been confirmed as the new Headquarters for MotoNovo Finance and Julian Hodge Bank, amongst others.
